Stayed in their RV park while a winter storm passed. Not much here but you can't downrate a port in a storm.
Small place with a lot of character. The proprietor is just great! She has stories to tell to the tourists traveling Historic Route 66. Stop there every time I go that way.
One of the most quaint places around. The motel front had wonderful artwork hand painted western scenes on each door. The older staff was extremely friendly. Certainly more manners with the older generation. Such a nice surprise right off I-40 on our trip thru TX. Loved everything about this place in the early hours of the day.
A good place to get directions
We only stopped here very briefly but the store had lots of neat stuff to look at and the staff here was super friendly. A very nice place to stop.
